Fire Safety Inspection Ordinance

At the October 21st, 2004 public meeting, the Township announced the adoption of the Annual Fire Safety Inspections In accordance with the Uniform Construction Code. The inspections will be required for all commercial businesses, but not residential homes.

Beginning January 2009, North Franklin Township's Zoning & Code Enforcement 3rd Party Company, Municipal Consulting Service, LLC will do the fire inspections for merchant/commercial businesses in North Franklin Township. All Merchants will be required to pass an annual Fire Safety Inspection.

The 2011 Fire Inspections will be taken place starting in January, 2011.

The Fire Inspections will be performed by Municipal Consulting Services and MUST be Scheduled by Friday, January 14, 2011

The Fire Inspections are scheduled to be finished by Friday, March 18, 2011
