SUBDIVISION FEES (FILING FEES)
Minor Subdivision (1-4 lots) $250.00
All Other Subdivisions $250.00 plus $10.00 per lot with maximum fee of $750.00
Residential Land Developments (Two) $250.00 -  Each additional $35.00/building
Non-Residential Land Developments (1 to 2) $250.00 -  Each additional $75.00/building

** ALL SUBDIVISION APPLICATIONS REQUIRE A $500.00 DEPOSIT BEFORE PROCESSING.   THIS DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO COVER ANY LEGAL OR ENGINEERING COSTS THAT MAY BE INCURRED BY THE TOWNSHIP. ANY MONIES REMAINING WILL BE RETURNED.
